Jan Juc VIC

We have a 4 bedroom house in jan juc, about a 10 minute walk to the stunning Jan Juc surf beach. 5 min drive into torquay with a great selction of cafes, restuarants and shops.

We have a beautiful 2 yr old toy poodle called Otis. He is a lovely, affectionate little fellow who enjoys a daily walk and cuddles and pats! He is pretty well trained but doesnt like to be left alone for long periods of time so youll need to be home most days and every evening. We also have a guinea pig and a chicken who require food and water every day but are pretty low maintenance.

The house is very comfortable with heating and cooling, big under cover deck with bbq. Great coastal location with wasy access to lots of green space and walks.
