Clarence Point TAS

Our house is on 12 acres and river frontage. It’s a 3 bedroom home plus sheds. Kayaks available and the use of car if required. We have a buggy for use on the property for feeding and wood carting to the house. We have wood heating and a wood stove. We are on the grid 😊
We will have contact details for anything to do with our animals and a vet contact
We have a Pomeranian and a toy poodle both inside with us
Our cat sleeps inside at night he’s getting quite old
We care for orphaned wombats under a government permit. There will be 7 living in 3 secure enclosures. Interaction is fine but not necessary and feeding can be done from outside enclosure. All have been hand raised and now learning to become wild ready for release.
You will be required to pick fresh grass daily and feed out their hard food ration which will be provided. As will all our animal food.
Grass can be sourced on the property but I often spot a good patch when out and have a bag in the car
Feeding takes less than an hour each day. This depends on how much interaction you want with our animals.
Clarence Point is about 10 minutes from the town of Beaconsfield and Beauty Point. There are lots of close beaches and walking tracks.
