3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Modular Home at Bribie Island. One carport. Plenty of street parking. The garage has been converted into a home workspace. The third bedroom has a fold-out sofa bed and is used as a storage area. There is air conditioning in the living room and 2 out of 3 bedrooms. 2 Bedrooms have queen-sized beds. There is a small deck at the front of the house and a larger deck at the rear. There is a patio on the side with a 2 person spa. The house is located within walking distance of Sylvan Beach. We have a cavoodle named Ava who loves people and is very much a Velcro dog. House sitters must be ok with sharing all meals with her as she will use her puppy eyes and cuteness to try to steal your food. She also expects to receive all the leftovers. She does however have her own dry dog food. She is just spoilt. The yard has artificial grass so very low maintenance. A few weeds pop up now and again. Also, the dog poop needs to be picked up and disposed of in the bin when it starts to build up.
