Nice three bedroom house with generous backyard and home gym setup, in a quiet court. We have a comfy spare room for you to stay in with a queen bed and space for your belongings. The house has wifi, Netflix, parking, is 1.2km walk from Karingal Hub shopping centre and 5km to the beach and Frankston shopping centre and train station. With a bus stop on our street.

We have three VERY loved chickens, who would also need your care. They are very friendly and will enjoy following you around in the garden. They may also jump up on you for cuddles!

House requirements and rules.

1. Please feed the chickens daily and change their water.

2. Please do a basic tidy up of chicken coop every second day.

3. Give chicken treats/ make sure there is plenty of water for chickens on warm days and they are sheltered when it rains.

4. ALWAYS put the chickens away when you leave the house and at night.

5. Please leave house tidy (same state as found).

6. No smoking indoors.

7. Please no house parties or loud noise late at night... we want our neighbours to like us!

Our chickens are our priority and they are named Kip, Shae and Charmaine. They are very friendly. They need to be let out early morning for a little run. Then put away if you go to work or out. Please remember to feed them and change their water daily and always put them away if you go out... even just for five minutes as our neighbours have cats.
We absolutely love our chickens so want them to be safe and cared for.
