We would love for someone to house sit for us in Townsville, North Queensland
August / September is a beautiful time to be in Townsville, with glorious weather!
We have two dogs who are very people oriented, and we would love to have them looked after at home rather than take them to the kennel
They will be fine during the day for you to do day trips, but will love your company from late afternoon to the morning
They are a welsh springer spaniel and a Jack russel terrier. They enjoy their daily walks, but aren’t demanding
The fish and birds (2 gouldian finches) and 7 chickens don’t require a lot of care - food and water
The garden has an irrigation system, and there are a few in door plants to water
Our house has a pool and is fully Airconditioned
We had a great time with Charlie and Evie, they were the most special dogs both with their own personalities. We all enjoyed the river walks and the time spent together. Luthile and Kevin were great hosts and the communication excellent . The house was lovely and we were very lucky to have had such a great housesit.

We loved sitting for Luthile and Kevin. Their dogs, Charlie and Eevee, are just lovely and we enjoyed walking them along the nearby river. The chickens, birds, and fish are low maintenance, and their home beautifully kept and easy to maintain in a clean and tidy state. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We are happy that we are going back to sit for them again 😊
