Small 3 x 1 house with a Spoodle and 2 cats to care for. Medium maintenance garden, some watering and mowing required. Would prefer a single or couple who are home for a large portion of the day. Room for car and caravan parking. Next door to a small park. Walking distance to Rockingham train station and shopping centre. 5 minute drive to the beach.
