To look after the house, take good care of our dog (4 year old labrador called Murphy), do basic garden care (mow lawns, water plants), and generally keep the place safe, neat and tidy.

The house is a a single storey 5 bed, 3 bath house on a large block, in a quiet court, at the outskirts of Traralgon, Gippsland. There is a large modern kitchen, 2 large living areas with all the TV stations as well as Foxtel and internet. The house has gas central heating and a gas log fire in one living area, as well as AC in both living areas. The property backs on to a 7 acre park, and a town service bus stop is about 100 M away.
The town has a community of approx 30,000 people, good shopping areas, many varied restaurants, pubs and cafes, a performing arts centre, a movie theatre and multiple sporting facilities and gyms. There is also the Gippsland regional hospital close to town.
