Walk Fletch our 14 yr old Jack Russel cross daily. Provide him with food and company. minimum watering of garden and lawn maintenance. Our town is located at beach in Bass Coast. Lovely 3 bedroom home not too far from town and easy access to larger town and 20 min walk to beach
