Katoomba NSW

We live in North Katoomba, about a 15 minute walk to the train station and the main town. Our house is small and comfortable with a big garden, a creek and trees. It has a combustion heater for those cold mountain days, which heats the whole house. We have two rescue pets, a galah called Jubjub and a goldfish. The goldfish is easy, it is fed once a day and needs a water change once every 2 weeks. The Galah is an indoor pet.
He is let out of his cage for at least 2 hours a day. He needs fresh water and food daily and to have the paper at the base of the cage changed daily. The cage needs to be cleaned once a week. Importantly Jubjub needs interaction and company. It would be great if you are comfortable with parrots and understand them. I will provide detailed care instructions for both.
