Greenbushes WA

We live in a 3 bedroom home in the lovely historical town of Greenbushes in Western Australia. We are approximately 15 minutes from Bridgetown, 40 minutes to either Manjimup or Donnybrook. And approximately 1 hour to Bunbury.
The house is low maintenance and reticulated. Reverse cycle air conditioner. We have security roller shutters. Free unlimited wifi is also available ~ with plenty of streaming services (Netflix, Disney, Stan, Foxtel, etc)
Our main concern is for our three year old cavoodle, Ava. She is a very friendly dog and loves company, so we need to have someone who loves dogs. She is friendly with other dogs as long as they are friendly~ so another dog shouldn’t be a problem. She loves a walk at least twice a day~ but they don’t need to be long~ and she loves having her ball thrown so she can chase it.
The property is fully fenced with plenty of space for a caravan.
There is open space behind us and Ava considers this part of her backyard.
