I am looking for a house sitter on the Sunshine Coast that can look after our GSD from October 10th - 18th 2024
Our shepherd will be 4 years old and very settled. We live on a property with our Son and Daughter-in-law and our home is about 100mtrs from them. Although they said they would feed her while we were away, We don't want to leave her alone all day and particularly at night. It is important we find house sitters that are used to large dogs, preferably German Shepherds and can walk her and handle her on a 15mtr lead.
She is a beautiful natured dog, very friendly and loving but also very strong on the lead. She has had some training and in general responds very well but can still get excitable.
We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, (only one bedroom will be available for guests) small but modern with a large balcony outside area. Downstairs we have a multipurpose room and outside a heated spa, decked area and daybed. It is a beautiful 40 acre property at Bli Bli and we would love to have regular house sitters to stay while we visit family for weekends or interstate week long stays.
We used to house sit ourselves before we got our own dog so we know how it all works.
