We need a house sitter

Hello,
We require a house sitter(sitters) to care for our home and dog which situated in Orange, Central West, NSW.
Our modern home, which does have heating and cooling , also has a beautiful northerly aspect which makes it very comfortable.
We are 4kms from the centre of town, our home backs on to parkland with beautiful elevated views of the district. There is easy access to walks and bike paths. Good coffee shops, restaurants and wineries are close by. Being a regional city we also have good medical facilities. Public transport around town is limited so your own car would be needed.
Our dog is a 3 year old miniature dachshund called 'Mac' . Mac is a very loving, inside dog who will sit on you when he can, but, will obey you when it’s time to be on his bed! He likes a play and walk though his short legs don't like to be walked too far!
Our garden and pot plants would require some care including weeding, but no mowing, and is designed to be easy maintenance.
There is a heated pool which may would also need some care.

It was a great pleasure to do a six week house sit in Glenda and Noel's home in beautiful Orange. The morning sunroom with its parkland views is terrific. The house has everything one needs. Mac is the most adorable and affectionate little dog and it is easy to become very fond of him. There are plenty of walking options. Contemporary living! This new home has its own guest quarters, show gardens & wetlands outlook, you'll sleep like a dream here. Mack has gorgeous character & will keep you entertained, I spent most days laughing at his cute antics. Glenda & Norm are most hospitable, reasonable & kind. It's an easy sit & you'll love Orange, especially if you drink wine!

Glenda was incredibly generous going out of her way to ensure that I would be super comfortable, felt at home and warm in the Orange winter in their beautiful home. I was equipped with lots of contacts, local information and maps. Mac a miniature dachshund is a beautiful bundle of pure fun and love. Mac loves his food, cuddles, walks and tug war.
