These eye-catching felines are not your average cat, as well as being striking in appearance they also make exceptional companions. Our little dude is no exceptions - he is affectionate and friendly, he eagerly welcomes cuddles and playtime, even with strangers.

Just a stone's throw from Corlette Point, our home offers the perfect blend of coastal serenity and convenience. Take leisurely walks along the sandy shores, and wake up to the sea breezes.

**Things to know about Sphynx's**
- They are not hypoallergenic - if your allergic to cats you're allergic to Sphynx's.
- Sphynx cats are susceptible to sunburn and skin injuries, and they easily feel the chill, so our Sphynx is all set up to remain indoors. We have a cat enclosure adjoined to the house and quality screens on all the doors & windows so there's no stress.
- He loves to bask in the warmth of cozy blankets and snug cuddle beds, whether they're his or ours! He will find warm places to hide - so you have to check the lumps before you sit on them. (But he sleeps downstairs at night in his own bed).
- You will need to embrace the role of fashionista to keep him warm with a snug jumper that will need changing and a wash.
- Social butterflies by nature, Sphynx cats thrive on human interaction and ours is no different. Neglect his need for attention, and mischief is likely!
- He loves a chat, and will let you know when it's dinner time, or just feels like talking.

Our house is a 2 story low maintenance 3br duplex with all the mod cons. Small garden would just need to be kept alive and tidy. Walking distance to the beach & public transport. 5 min drive to Salamander shops or Nelson Bay.
