Launching Place VIC

We are located in the Yarra Valley on a large block with room for car parking and caravan off from the street. We reside in a 4 bedroom house with a large lounge/kitchen dining area.

We have a medium sized dog who is 10 but still energetic. He would love a walk4-5 x per week. We are located a short walk to the Warburton trail which is great for cycling and walking the dog. He is loving but can become scared/protective if visitors arrive to the house. If you introduce him after arrival he will be ok. He has his own yard and dog door access for when you are not home.

We have a range of indoor plants that will require some occasional watering. Given the time of year of travel, lawns will require minimal mowing (possibly only 2 in 8 week period)
