Hordern Vale VIC

Two lovely female dogs, both spayed. Sandy is the loving 4 year old 'Bull Wheeler'. Loves pat and tummy rubs. Has missing digits on her left hind paw so can be lame at times and has a wobbly gait. Loves a walk still and gentle to rough play.
One year old Yin, a staffy cross, is full of energy and is very bonded to Sandy. Yin is deaf, responds well to hand signals and has a vibrating collar with remote if needed. Both walk well on leads. Both love beach walks. They have a doggy door so can access inside and out. They have 2 small walks a day or one big walk. They have a bone in the morning each, and are fed dog biccies around 5pm at night. They have water bowls inside and out. They sleep inside on couch inside.
8 chooks at the moment in a secure chook pen. They get our food scraps and chook feed, half a scoop once a day. And water levels topped up when needed. Theres a solar and battery operated door that opens in the morning and closes at night. A daily check in on the chooks is required and egg collecting.
A stunning 5 acre private property on the edge of Hordern Vale, overlooking the valley. Close to Great Ocean Rd (but far enough away to remain quiet!) House are probably wont need mowing, the rest of the property has adgisted cattle the neighbour takes care of.
Wood fire inside for home heating, as well as a split system heater. An allowance of wood for heating will be provided.
Our property is close to natural beauty. Apart from our spectacular view, we are 5 mins drive from Aire River, Castles Cove, and 20 mins drive to Apollo Bay.
Garden care: possibly watering of vegetables if required.
