Hi, we are looking for pet and house sitter whilst we take a trip away in august. Would like a sitter that takes excellent care of animals and house and can keep us updated on them regularly while we are away.
We have a Brand new 3 bedroom house on acreage 8 minutes north of samford. It’s a Bushy block with 3 dams on a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a 20min drive to ferny grove train and 45min drive to the cbd.
We have 2 horses, 2 dogs and an elderly cat. All of our animals are friendly, well mannered and easy to manage. Our Horses will require hay and a small hard feed each day and water topped up. My gelding gets itchy when mozzies are about and he may need a little spray with fly spray once or twice a week. They also love pats, treats and a brush but are also happy just doing their own thing. No stabling or rugs required.
Our two ladies (Dogs) get fed 2 x daily and they sleep inside. They really just like to hang out with you laying about all day but love a nice morning and /or evening stroll.
Our Cat is an independent little old man. He eats at Liberty and does his own thing during the day (inside and outside as he pleases). He never ventures past the verandah or front area of the house and is quite content sunbathing and sleeping. He sleeps inside at night.
The House is brand new and has Netflix with an 85inch tv and recliners. 3 bedrooms (1 is set up as an office, 2 bathrooms. Just to note that There are 3 dams on the property which are not fenced off. We also have an abundance of wildlife about so would prefer that the sitter has no pets.
We have 3 x planter boxes around the house that will require minimal maintenance and watering. We will have the place mowed and tidy before we go so no mowing required.
