A lovely 4 bedroom home with a large kitchen and very comfortable living area. Spacious bathroom and laundry area with 2 separate toilets. Long verandah out front and an enclosed verandah out back. Very cool home with an evaporative air cooling system that has vents in every room. The home also has air con which we only used twice. Yard work is easy with the ride on mower. At the moment they have one beautiful pooch, named Nelson who loves lots of rubs and scratches. You can't help it, ... Also amazing are the wild birds that visit. All this and only 4kms from Moree town centre. Kylie and Wayne are warm generous people and we look forward to sitting for them again in Dec 2023.

Truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable sits we have done. Nelson and Fletcher are such easy care dogs that love company and we loved looking after them. Coffee every morning on the front verandah for us while the boys enjoyed a bone. A spacious and comfortable home in such a relaxing situation, really "good for the soul". Wayne and Kylie are down to earth generous people and a big thank to them for having us in their home. Take care and enjoy retirement :-)
