House is 5km from city centre, close to multiple cafes, small bars and restaurants, 1km from 2 train stations. Street parking only. House is very private, secure and quiet. WFH set up including high speed internet and dual monitors if required. Low/no garden maintenance required.
2x1 house, 2 courtyards, aircon & heating. Queen size beds to both rooms.
Housemates - Mister Noodle is a 3y/o cavoodle approx 14 kgs, his little brother, Kevin, is a 1.5 y/o bordoodle (border collie x mini poodle) also approx 14kgs. Indoor/outdoor, non-shedding, toilet trained, spoilt rotten.
They require morning and evening feeds and at least 1 hour long walk a day. Very friendly, love fetch, will sleep with you. They are groomed, wormed/vaccinated/vet checked/non-medicated so just need food, walks and attention, pats, maybe the odd towel off and light brush off should they decide to play in the rain or help with the gardening. We are close to parks and walking trails for lots of on-lead fun (their recall is good for me but I can't guarantee for anyone else so would recommend on lead activities outside the house). They love to fetch the ball up and down the hall on rainy days or up and down the side of the house any time.
