We have a brick home on 5 acres with modern kitchen dining/bathroom/lounge/4 bedrooms study/appliances/foxtel & wifi.
If you wish you can feed & ride our beautiful, fully trained palomino mare look after & feed our pet dog & water the plants.
We are 5 mins from the village of Paterson with 2 historic pubs,P.O.,supermarket, butcher,chemist 9 hole golf course etc., 10 mins Morpeth 15 mins Maitland & 40 mins Newcastle & Port Stephens beaches & Hunter Valley's famous wineries.
This is a good spot for day or overnight trips but just soaking up the local area is great.
We will be away for approx 5 weeks
