HAHNDORF : WANTED, an animal friendly house sitter to mind one 8yo Border Collie, two mature (but healthy) horses. Looking for someone with extensive horse knowledge (to know what to do if something goes wrong more than anything) to rug as required, feed once a day , stable them at night, clean boxes etc. Very easy set-up - horses bring themselves in and just need to close/open gate from the turnout paddock each day. Dog will require daily walks preferably, and there are many great trails from the house. House is modern, double glazed and warm with A/C and wood heater. Walking distance to the bus to Adelaide and easy access to the freeway - 3km from Hahndorf township and 4km form Mt Barker. 30 min. to Adelaide by car. Plenty of parking space if you have a caravan etc.
