I need a wonderful person to look after my house and old cat while I go away from early June until September. Dates not locked in yet and happy to negotiate with housesitter.
House is warm and comfortable with modern conveniences and Ballarat is a great place to explore.
You'll be looking after my old cat who is very sweet and also keep the garden and lawns tidy. Lawns take approximately 15 mins to mow and I have a very lightweight battery powered mower which makes the job easy.
About you.
You are kind, caring, reliable and honest. You have an up to date police check and good references. Please don't apply if you don't have a current police check.

My house is spacious and comfortable. . There is a split system in the lounge area for cooling and heating. Dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV. Washing machine (no drier but I have racks and a covered clothes line).
Your bedroom has comfortable queen sized bed, built in robe with plenty of cupboard space and chest of drawers and a fan and heater.

It's an easy walk to Bakery Hill shops (ten minutes tops) which has a Coles supermarket, bakery and bottle shop. You can walk to town in around 15 minutes and there is also a bus stop a five minute walk away. It's a very quiet area and the only noise at night is the odd possum using the roof as a freeway.
Very close to lovely parkland and bike trails.

Chilli is a 12-14 year old rescue cat. Don't know her exact age but she is heading into elderly territory. She loves her food and cuddles on the couch. She also loves running water, drinking from the tap, the shower, the hose you name it, if there's water involved, she's there. She's in good health and is easy to care for and have around.

Your main task is to look after Chilli, collect the mail ( I don't get much these days) and look after the house, and water the garden if it's dry.

There is also unlimited Wifi for all your internet needs.
