Middle Ridge QLD

Hi all, we are a family of four planning an approximate two month long trip between the middle of July to around the middle of September. Dates have not yet been finalised but we are hoping to get in touch with some possible house and pet sitters for our friendly 12 year old cocker spaniel cross poodle Buddy.

We own a four bedroom, two bath plus office space house with a medium sized closed off garden in the suburb of Middle Ridge, Toowoomba, QLD. We have a smart TV that is connected to the wifi, plus another two TVs, one in the activity room and one in the media room. There are plenty of parks close-by and the city centre and landmarks such as Picnic Point are about ten to fifteen minutes away by car. There is also room on our driveway for most caravans.

Buddy is our very well-mannered doggy companion who sadly won't be joining us for our trip. He is a 12 year old cocker spaniel cross who is very friendly (and lazy), he would need feeding twice a day and around a twenty minute walk once a day just around the block, apart from this he is not really interested in playing but he makes for a very good companion if you are a fan of sitting back and watching the telly or reading a book. He does get separation anxiety so be prepared for a bit of crying on his end until he gets used to us not being home, outside of that he rarely ever barks, never bites and respects your space but is always happy for a tummy scratch.
He does have some joint issues so we don't let him jump on the couch or any beds that are off the floor but he has his own comfy bed in the living room that he loves to chillax in.

The garden is not very large and would just need some general maintaining every once in a while, possibly a mowing or two using our electric mower. We have two vegetable gardens that haven't been performing too well and also some flowers and plants that would need watering.
