Hi we are Cassie and Richard we live in the Quiet area of Granville 30 min to Hervey Bay 5 min to Maryborough we have a kangaroo reserve across the road so kangaroo a nature watching is a must .

1 out door cat Evee she is very low maintenance and just requires feeding and watering. The other cat Missy is indoor very shy but her litter tray will need regular cleaning.
We have a 12 month old staffy who we allow indoors. He is a very pampered rambunctious puppy that likes walks but is just as happy curled up on the lounge for cuddles. We would prefer if at least 1 person was home most of the day as our pup is used to having company
The chickens just need feeding and water changed. We let them wander the back yard all day and lock them up at night.
Low maintenance house we are about to start a renovation but if it could be kept neat and tidy with the lawns being done if required. We have some veggies and herbs that will need a little care, but you are welcome to harvest and eat.
You will have access do drive my little fiat if need be but would like to have it started up at least once a week
