About our home - We have a large 4 bedroom freestanding home on a semi rural property with 7 foot electronic gates. This is a very quiet and private home ideal for someone wanting to relax or unwind, or work from a peaceful location. We have several indoor plants and a select few outdoor pot plants that require watering as they dry. This may be only every 2-3 days depending on the weather but maintenance does not require more than 20 minutes at a time.

About our animals - We have 2 very large dogs, Sootie and Sheva who are both mastiff x breeds. They are friendly and have been raised with young children and a cat. Unfortunately Sootie does not like other animals and is unsuitable to socialise. The dogs are indoor/outdoor animals and can enter and exit as they please via a doggy door. They sleep in the dining room and are restricted to this location due to their size and cleanliness. They do not require walking, just company, lots of attention and feeding/water. We also have a rag doll cat named Mishka who is an aloof but a very affectionate girl. She is an indoor only cat and requires feeding/water and daily kitty litter tidy. The fish... well they tend to themselves and only require a night time feed.

Additionally, the house is surrounded by a lush magnolia plantation and is extremely private. Every few days workers tend to the magnolia plantation which does not affect the privacy of the property. The workers will park their cars along the back of the property but keep to themselves.

Our home is in an ideal and picturesque area with one of Sydney's leading parks just on our doorstep (Fagan Park) only a 4 minute drive. It doesn't matter which direction you go from outside our home you are sure to find something wonderful to see or do. In one direction there is Berowra waters and the Hawkesbury river, or go in the opposite direction and find the Galston Gorge and spectacular sight-seeing walking trails. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, boutique clothing shops, and even a monkey sanctuary - this area is filled with unique laid back experiences with a country vibe.
