Ordinary suburban house on large block. Good shops and services walking distance. 5 km Parramatta.

Lawns will be mowed by contractor, but some watering of pots and garden beds required. House has large pool. Pool cared for by contractor.

Large rambunctious Blue Heeler to walk and feed and keep company. Inside/outside dog. HATES other animals. MUST be kept in yard at all times except for walks on lead.
