Hastings VIC

We plan on using our caravan more often and need a house sitter for our very comfortable 2 bedroom house in Hastings. We will want to go away for longer in the future when we have someone we are comfortable with to house sit. We are retired so can be flexible with times. We have a deck with blinds at the back of house with a lovely spa with tv. TV in lounge, also both bedrooms and over the spa. We have a few streaming services and offer our internet to use for your devices and phone. Our house is neat and clean and we would like it to be kept reasonably neat and clean inside and out. Our two dogs are very gentle and not aggressive at all, a german shepherd and a golden retriever. They need to be fed in the evening and have fresh water daily. Their food is pre-packed by us so just needs emptying into their bowls. They need to wear barking collars if you are away from the house for longer than an hour, they are used to this and let you put them on without any problems. They stay outside on the deck and in the back yard. Our three friendly cats stay in a back room with connection to a cat pen outside which has a litter area. They come into the lounge at night and go to bed when we go. They have dry food and wet food in the morning. Dog poo needs to be picked up daily with scoop and put in their bin. Hastings is a lovely area and close to a beautiful big park with waterfront. Beaches are not far away. Shops are very close and convenient, with all you need. Wild birds come to our front yard daily and we feed them seed in their hanging bowls every evening and keep the birdbath full. They are a highlight of our day. Air conditioner and gas heater in lounge/kitchen area. Oil heater in both bedrooms and also ceiling fans. You will need your own car. There is ample room to park two vehicles in our driveway.
