Rockingham WA

I am heading overseas for 3 months (june-august).and looking for someone to housesit. This is a long term housesit and therefore I am looking for someone to pay for what they use (water, elect, gas) however I will pay the connection fees which make up the bulk of the bills.. it's an old brick and tile in Rockingham only 1km from the train station and 800m from main shopping centre, gyms, restaurants etc. I would appreciate the lawn being mowed over winter but otherwise no maintenance jobs. Please note no pets or parties allowed . Quiet street and neighbours. Thankyou
