Daisy Hill QLD

We have a four bedroom, 2 bathroom lowset 80's style brick house on a large suburban block in Daisy Hill Qld 4127 however only two of the bedrooms are set up as bedrooms (both with aircon). One of the spare rooms is a designated study. We also have a well equipped gym room. The house has a double carport for your use (behind motorised gates) and is in a very quiet area with a yard that is very low maintenance. We have a large outdoor deck with a covered patio that really lends itself to the Qld weather. The house is within walking distance of a supermarket, public transport, a great Thai place and the Daisy Hill Conservation Reserve. Access to the Freeway, Gateway and the Logan Motorway are all within 2-5 minutes from our house. Wifi is set up with a mesh so no dead spots.

Our primary concern while away is having someone feed but more importantly, give attention and affection to our pets. Our household is what happens when a cat person marries a dog person. We have two medium/large dogs and two indoor cats who all get along. No one requires medication or a special diet.

Whilst all pets are allowed inside the house and are spoilt, they don't sleep in our room at night.

We would request that any children be close to high school age or older as the Labradoodle is scared of small children.

References and own vehicle are essential and previous house sitting experience preferred. Please, no solo people. We have our reasons.
