I have a very friendly 3 year old female collie rough who requires walks (don't have to be long, but loves her walks) she has a small snack after morning walk in the morning and dinner at night 5pm after her afternoon walk.

Also, I have #1 Bengal cat (who will be 2 and 7 months old) he is my brown spotted boy with beautiful green eyes! He is super handsome and loves interaction! I feed both cats x2 a day, and a bit more before bed if needed. My Bengal cat #2 is still growing and will be nearly 1 year and 6 months old at time of our holiday, he is my very affectionate marble brown boy. They are both inside cats 100%!
Both cats can wear a harness if required and love their crates. I have pet nets being installed on 1st March 2024, the garden will be open to all, super excited. We have a lovely alfresco with a BBQ area.

Our house is a new build and we moved in in December 2023. We are still settling in but this will be an oasis right by the beach by November 2024. We are super close to Mullaloo Beach.

The garden should be all watered by a timed watering system and there will be no lawns that need mowing. Our landscaping is all happening as I write this so up to date photos cannot be provided as yet.

The area is great for walking and many parks are around. There is a pub, two restaurants, a Dome cafe, two other cafes and a fish and chips shop all just around the corner (walking distance). Beach is walking distance.
We need someone to care for our pets and care for our newly built home. The animals will be well settled as they are doing fine already.

Cameras are not installed as yet but security will be as soon as our NBN is connected, this is all underway right now, it’s taken a while but thankfully we can say it’s happening now.
