Uki NSW NSW

A small 3 bedroom home with aircon and reliable wifi . We are located approximately 5 minutes from the small village of Uki and 15-20 mins from Murwillumbah. There is the wonderful rail trail for biking , the M arts centre , the retro Regent Cinema and the wonderful Tweed Valley Art Gallery . The cafes are fabulous and the community is very welcoming.
We have 5 elderly doggies 3 large rescue Groodles a King Charles spaniel and a little collie cross Jack Russell 4 are elderly 14 years and one is 11 . So there is dementia, blindness and vision impairment to be considered, there is nightly medication and eye drops .They have not been without us before so we do feel anxious about leaving them but are hoping to find the right fit . The property is 5 acres and 3 acres is fully fenced , so the doggies have there own park to walk in , most time is spent sleeping .
As for plants there will be some watering and maybe just a mow of the garden near the house , the garden maintenance is quite low in the winter. So there is time to sit on the verandah and read a good book and enjoy the bird song and gentle breezes.
