Meerschaum Vale NSW

We are searching for a mature couple, preferably with a caravan, to look after our little hobby farm for 3 week at the end of July. We are situated on the Far North Coast, Northern Rivers. We have a small property 10 minutes from the nearest town (Alstonville) and within 25 -45minutes is Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina. Interesting weekend markets, lots of great restaurants, coffee shops etc, and a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach where you can at times have it all to yourself. Lovely and quiet here but not too far from civilisation.
Some farm experience is preferred as occasionally with animals things do need checking. It makes for a more relaxed time for all of us. Morning and evening feeding routines the rest of the days are free to explore our gorgeous part of the world.
Sorry, no children or your own pets. We have an assortment of much loved animals, 3 dogs, miniature goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, & a peacock and 2 cows. With your own van we can give you access to power and use of shower,toilet,laundry if you need it. Please contact us if you may be interested.
