Gunnedah NSW

We live in rural NSW. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, etc. a five minute drive from our house.
We have one very anxious cat Alice who likes to keep to herself until she gets to know you and is an inside cat only. Alice is a very easy to care for cat, she lives on a dry cat food diet with the occasional treat, we change her kitty litter tray daily. We also have a very chatty Cockatoo, he is an outside bird only and we feed him once a day with parrot seed and green grass growing around the property. Both of them are easy to care for, but happy to know you are there for them if they should need you.
We have a large garden and quite a few pot plants. We only ask that the pot plants be watered and if you feel the garden needs watering we would be grateful for you to do so, as it is a dry climate here the majority of our plants are drought resistant.
We live in a five bedroom house with a separate one bedroom fully equipped guesthouse which will be for yourself. There is also a carport for your vehicle and if needed an area to park your RV/Camper or Caravan.
