Hi all,
We are Dave & Wendy and live on a secluded and tranquil 9 acre patch of serenity with no near neighbours approximately 7 km out of the small township of Guyra on the beautiful NSW Northern Tablelands. Guyra is 35 km north of Armidale and 60 km south of Glen Innes.

Our neat 2 bdrm cottage has a wood heater to keep you cosy and warm, with plenty of stacked firewood.
We are totally off-grid with a gas stove and gas hot water, and there is wifi internet.
We are definitely away from it all, our near neighbours just kangaroos, parrots and cattle in the surrounding large acreage properties and travelling stock route.

We have 2 horses that are fed twice a day.
One of our horses (Kalico is very quiet) is rugged/unrugged each morning and late afternoon during feed time, so it would be preferable if the house sitter is reasonably familiar and confident around horses. We can give a 'how to rug' refresher demonstration if needed, as we have done with one of our previous house sitters with great success.

We also have a cat that is kept indoors every night and is fed twice a day. 'Ccino' (pronounced as in 'capaccino') is very social with humans, he may be a little shy at first but once he gets to know you will likely follow you around even over to the stables.

The beautiful Northern Tablelands Spring is worth experiencing with beautiful blossoming trees and clean mountain air, and no humidity. If you think this fits you then contact us.
