Seeking someone with own van to care house block by mowing the lawns, watering gardens and pot plants and maintaining the pool. The lawn and pool won't need much at that time of year. Located near Tamworth in village on very quiet 1.25 acre block with rural views, local corner shop/post office/petrol station down the street and 15 minutes to Tamworth. Can provide water, power, shower/toilet in garage off pool yard, laundry facilities and choice of parking under 7x9 metre carport. Lovely friendly neighbours on both sides.
