Glengarry TAS

We live in a quiet area in country Tasmania, on 2.5 acres. We’re five minutes drive from the town of Exeter, and 25 minutes drive from the city of Launceston. The three bedroom house has a nice new kitchen with induction cooktop and concrete benches.
We’re right in the heart of Tasmania’s famous Tamar Valley wine región, and surrounded by beautiful scenery and short walks.
Our two dogs, Loki (a short-legged, wire-haired oddball) and Mooshy (a happy, nutty cavoodle) love having company and will lavish snuggles upon you! They are fed breakfast and dinner, and will sleep in beds in the master bedroom (or sneak onto the end of the bed as soon as you fall asleep 😴).
We also have 7 goats - a selection of adorable, affectionate mini-goats and pygmies. They sleep outside in the paddocks and sheds, although a couple would probably like to sleep on the end of the bed... They also have one meal a day, and like pats.
Our chickens are pretty self-sufficient, they just need food and water topped up every few days, and may reward you with a few chocolate brown eggs if you’re lucky 😉.
We’ve got loads of gorgeous indoor plants and an in-progress native garden out the front, but in winter these won’t likely need much maintenance. Maybe a little water for some of the indoor plants, but that would be about it.
