Main reason for having a house sitter is for the dogs [Toby and Montana] to be looked after. Nothing more important.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and a short distance to shops by car, but if you prefer a bus, a bus stop is just around the corner.

Views are over Hobart [front] and Mount Wellington [back].

Please note: Toby is a bit skittish around men [something from his puppy-hood] so our house sitter preference is for a female who can work from home, or who is not working at the moment and can dedicate long hours with the dogs [they don't need entertaining, just company]. They are well enough behaved to be left inside for up to 3 hours, but we haven't left them on their own for much longer.
