Hello :)
We live on 50 acres, 10 minutes from Grafton and 40 minutes from Yamba. This 2 bedroom double storey home with living/sleeping upstairs and storage laundry downstairs is in working order. It has air con and heating and plenty of room for a caravan.

We need a sitter to care for and check on our animals.

Bella the maremma dog who takes care of our 20 chickens. All you need to do is make sure they have water and feed the Bella daily. We have a large chicken feeder so you don’t need to worry another this. She is an outdoor dog and will love attention but is very self reliant.

We also have 2 horses that are ex riding for the disabled horses. They are compliant and require feeding daily and making sure their water trough is full.

We have around 60 head of cattle. Mums and bubs, a very friendly bull and some steers and heifers. They have an automatic water trough but checking that it has not broken and they have water needs to be done every second day. Towards the end of your stay you may need to move them to another paddock but we will try and plan it so they stay in the one area.

We have a few indoor plants.

Other than feeding the dog everyday, everything else is automated but needs to be checked to make sure nothing has gone wrong. This is not a care taker role
