MIRBOO NORTH VIC

Lovely Home in Mirboo North. Prefer single or couple over family with young kids as our cat not used to kids. 2 Bedrooms are set up for sleeping- one is an office/sewing/storage space. Unfortunately the block and access is NOT suitable for caravans, wheel chairs or your own pets :(.

However there is space to park a car off street and it's a short walk into town or to the rail trail. Beautiful view out dining room window and lovely sunsets too. Great walks near by if you like that kind of thing and short drives to places like Meeniyan, Fish Creek, Foster if you'd like to explore South Gippsland.

Would be caring for our almost 2 year old cat Murray, loves to play and would need attention for about an hour across the day total- otherwise he does his own thing! He is affectionate and curious. We have an auto-feeder if you are out during day or for a meal in the evening. Obviously need to clean his litter tray a few times each day too. Gardening would be very minimal watering veggie patch and the veggie seedlings (possibly moving seedlings if weather looking rough).

House has wifi, netflix, reverse cycle and a wood fire if its really chilly.
