Leongatha South VIC

Hi, we need a house sitter to look after our two friendly dogs. We’re located in south Gippsland, 15km from Inverloch, 15km from leongatha. Our house is newly built on 105 acres of pristine native bush with abundant local wildlife. There are 2 fenced areas for the dogs and 5 km walking tracks on the property. The house is located on a large dam and surrounded by grassed area. The lawn can be mowed with a ride-on electric mower and hand mower.
The dogs live inside - a staffyshihtzumaltese terrier cross, and a Swiss shepherd. They are typically walked twice a day but only on lead outside the fenced areas because there are so many native animals around. Bear (Swiss shepherd) is just happy chasing a ball.

The house is offgrid with large system, but heating is by wood burner - several years supply of wood is cut and stored. There is a smart ev car charger.
