Cromer NSW

We are located in Cromer on Sydney's Northern Beaches 3km from Dee Why Beach and 5.5km from Manly. We are on a bus route and have plenty of off-street parking.

We have a modest 3 bedroom home situated in an elevated, north facing position with loads of light and air.

Our two cats are 4 year old brothers, Louie & Loki. Loki is outgoing, Louie is shy. They require minimal attention as they have an auto-feeder and filtered water fountain. We have four recycled paper litter boxes but they are only used by Louie. Loki does his business in the garden. We have a pet door that leads to a spacious pet friendly back yard protected by a StayHome Cat Fence System. Nothing leaves or enters over the fence. :)

We have three doggos. Reggie (Regina) is a 12 year old schoodle. She is medium sized and weighs 10kg. She has lived in this house for 11 years and is loving and friendly. Reggie is pretty low maintenance just needs to be fed twice a day. She isn't really even all that interested in walks nowadays. Reggie is happy to hang out at home. If she goes out it's mainly just for a stroll up the road for a sniff. Reggie would be thrilled to sleep on the bed with you, however she is mat trained. The biggest commitment for Reggie is she often needs to be medicated during summer thunder storms and if there are fireworks on New Year's Eve.

At the time we need housesitting our two toy poodles Billy (4 kgs) and Chilli (2.5kgs) will be 16 months old. They are crate trained and will require the most attention. A daily walk or trip out in the car and fed twice a day. At present Billy & Chilli are not left at home in their crates for longer than 3 hours. I work locally and our daughter studies at home. By next December we expect the puppies won't need to be closed in their crates during the day. The layout of our house means we can close off one side giving access to half the house and the backyard. Chilli & Billy could retreat to their crates as they choose and we perceive they could be left at home alone for up to 6 hours. We are considering getting a pet camera and will be sure to let you know if there is one available for you to use when you are away from the house.

Garden care just involves cleaning up dog poo, weekly food in the fish pond and watering of indoor and outdoor pot plants.
