We welcome enquires from mature age couples to house sit our four bedroom brick home located on a corner block of land in a quiet rural environment . The yard is low maintenance and unfenced on the two sides adjoining the roads. One bedroom is used as a sewing room/craft room. A north east facing sun room with electric recliners offers a great relaxing spot at any time but particularly for cold winter mornings. The house is in a " No through road" location so has minimal traffic passing. The yard has quite a large garden and a medium size shade house. Both have automatic watering systems so minimal effort is required to monitor correct operation. A small amount of hand watering maybe required dependant upon weather conditions. The house was repainted three years ago. It has insulation in the ceiling and is heated by a wood heater. Wood for the heater will be available . Cork tiles are through out the house living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have built in cupboards. A double garage with auto control panel lift door is attached to the house. A seperate 9 M x 15 M shed on the property will be secured but a 9 M x 15 M carport adjacent to shed will be available for undercover caravan /motor home storage. A ride on mower is available for lawn mowing.
