Frankston VIC

We are a family of 4 looking for someone to house/pet sit in our home whilst we go on our dream holiday to Japan. We have a 3 bedroom home with two bathrooms, and 2 living areas.
We have two couch potato’s (dogs) one is a standard dachshund X Corgi and his name is George and he is 3..The other is a mini dachshund X jack russell and her name is Millie, she is 5. They are initially wary of strangers but soon warm up to you and will claim your lap on the couch.
Millie is very small in size and gets scared of children so we would prefer no babies or young children under 10.
Millie is also scared of some other dogs so we would prefer no one with a dog of their own unless they did meet and greet prior to the stay.
They love going on walks if you have time but would need to remain on leash at all times. They are fantastic guard dogs who are very protective and will alert you to anyone entering the property.
We also have a very sweet Cat and her name is Cookie. She pretty much lives outside but comes in at night time when the two dogs are sleeping.
We live on a fairly quiet street with public transport, cafes, restaurants and parks. There is a bus stop either end of the street and we are walking distance to Frankston shopping centre and the beach.
We have a very low maintenance garden that won’t require anything to be done.
