Looking for a Dog Lover and Animal lover in General,

We are not a working farm but a place for us to feel good, relax and do the work we like to do. So the work load required for a house sitter with the Chicken/Ducks, Cows and Alpacas will be minimal. Let the Ducks into their house at night and let them out in the morning and enjoy the fresh eggs
Our Dog is a very energetic Blue Heeler, that gets 2-3 walks a day and play time during the day. We would love someone that enjoys walking on our nice property and maybe playing fetch with the Dog
Other than that is just feeding the Cat to do and looking that all is in order.
The place is close to town (5km) on 40 acres.
We are looking for someone that is happy to maintain the routine of our animals and that also enjoys the quite rural lifestyle.

We enjoyed our House Sit at Claudia & Andreas farm. They gave us vouchers to use in the local area for the pool, lunch and morning tea. The dog, Jack, is a friendly blue cattle dog who loved his daily walks and catching/retrieving the frisbee. The ducks and chicken supplied us with eggs and were easy to lockup of a night. The cattle and alpacas only required supplement feeding once a week. We made use of the local pool 3 times a week and the major centre of Kingaroy is only 30 minutes ... MORE
