54, Travelling
I am somewhat of a nomad, and at my happiest when I am discovering new places and meeting new people.
For the last 3 years I have spent a lot of time travelling around NSW and Queensland. Prior to this time I worked in Management in the hospitality industry in both Sydney and Melbourne. I loved the challenges that I faced every day in this environment, but I realised I was missing something in my life and went in search of freedom and time to pursue my passions of Buddhism, yoga, meditation and being with animals which I love.
I have always had animals in my life, so I am more than aware of the time and love that is needed to take care of your special family members. My love for any animals is such that I have made a lifestyle choice to live my life as a vegan.
For me house sitting is the perfect solution to combine my love of travelling, and at the same time have the love of furry four legged (or sometimes 2 or even 3 legged) friends. I assure you I will take care of your pets and your home like they were my own. I am respectful, honest and completely trustworthy.

I cannot recommend Kate enough. She took such beautiful care of my baby Boston who usually is anxious around new people. Kate won him over in no time and he was so relaxed upon my return home. Kate was friendly and provided lots of communication, photos and updates during the sit which helped put my mind at easy. Will definitely be using Kate again in the future. Thank you Kate.
I wasn't sure if I would advertise for a sitter but made the decision at very short notice (the morning of the day I was going away). My sit was approved quickly & Kate made contact within a couple of hours. She had just finished a sit & was available immediately. After Kate settled in I left her to it. She is a very capable & experienced house sitter. Not many chores for her to do but good to know I had a trustworthy person minding my home. Thanks Kate.
Kate is an excellent house sitter and comes with glowing references. From the initial contact to the end of the sit, the whole experience was seamless. Great communication, lovely, friendly and chatty, Kate was extremely accommodating as we experienced travel disruption and potentially needed an additional day. Lovely, honest, trustworthy, capable.
Kate looked after our house and two small dogs while we were away on a mini break. Kate was wonderful and the dogs adored her. We received updates and photos every day which meant we could relax and enjoy our time away knowing they were happy. Great sitter.
We loved Kate!! She cared for Bentley and Miss Socks over a weekend and they loved her. Our pets were so relaxed when we returned. I also enjoy our little adventures out with Kate and Bentley. Kate did all the right stuff and I have kept in touch. She has become a firm contact.
Kate is an excellent sitter. We have enjoyed having her in our home several times. Our three dogs love her and are always happy to see her. Kate shows great care for our dogs and we really appreciate the effort she puts in, even managing storm anxiety in one of them! Kate has become a valued friend and we highly recommend her. She is super reliable and communication is excellent.
Kate took great care of our babies(2 boisterous dogs, a bird and fish). I know they were spoilt and after she left, the dogs were sitting at the door for a little while hoping she was coming back. It means a lot to trust someone with your home and pets and we would not hesitate to have Kate back. She kept in touch and even made us dinner with a good wine when we got home. Thank you Kate!
Kate has house sat for us numerous times and the sitting times have varied from a weekend up to 6 weeks at a time. Kate absolutely loves animals of all kind and this shines through in her gentle kind nature. Kate has always kept the house in order and its always refreshing to come home to a sparkling clean home after long trips. Kate is our go to pet and house sitter.
