We are a friendly husband and wife who are predominantly based on the Sunshine Coast. Maddy currently works from home and Andrew has been part from home/part from the office since Covid, so we are ideal house sitters and will always be around for your home's security and for keeping your pets company.
We are home owners ourselves and understand the stress of having strangers care for your property, having left a tenant in our home in Victoria when we moved up to Queensland. We aim to make that as easy and stress free for you as possible.
We are great with animals and have a lot of love for fur babies (or feather babies, plant babies or even scaly babies) which makes us the ideal house sitter for you and your menagerie if you are heading away on holidays and want peace of mind that your home is in good hands! As experienced pet owners and sitters (we've pet sit for numerous friends and family, as well as professionally and foster care), we know how to give your pets the care they need to reduce their separation anxiety when you take your well earned break.

Maddy and Andrew
We can't recommend Maddy and Andrew highly enough - they were easy to communicate with in the lead up to housesitting, and the whole time we were away. We returned home to a warm welcome including a meal in the fridge and spotless house (thank you!!). Our fur babies had been very well cared for and we will definitely be seeing if Maddy and Andrew are available to housesit again next time we are away :)
It was an absolute breeze having Andrew and Maddy housesit for us. They kept the house beautifully clean and organised and managed to keep the animals and plants happy in the intense heat whilst we were away. And they seem to have made some new furry friends; our cat adores them and the dogs had a great time playing with them! We'd have them back anytime!
My husband and I are very happy with Andrew and Madeline as house sitters for the following reasons;
A) Due to their experience with problem dogs, our dogs are now better behaved.
B) They kept our plants alive from the Victorian heatwave, which required constant watering.
C). Our house was "epic & span", albeit inside two dogs and a cat.
D). Did some washing.
E.) Maintained communication throughout their stay.

Andrew & Maddy house sit for us for 9.5 weeks and we would not hesitate having them to look after our house and cat again. The house was left spotless and they kept us regularly informed on the health of our elderly cat. They have a cheerful friendly demeaner and we immediately established an effective rapport with them.
Maddy & Andrew were great house sitters, but most importantly brilliant dog sitters for our fur baby. We had good communication prior to 'The Sit', including Skype calls and an in-person get together. They maintained contact with us during our time away, sending msgs and photos. All the things we asked them to keep an eye on were done ... and more! Our home was spotless when we arrived, and a meal left for us after our long haul home.
