Hi, my name is Violet and I have been housesitting periodically since 2018 in Sydney, looking after houses,pets and gardens. My current preferred area for housesitting is in the Bellingen area and surrounds & Sydney Inner West/ Sydney Inner City in NSW.
My background is an eclectic mix of social work,natural therapies and fashion.
I currently have my own small business which I am building in fashion clothing and hope to pursue more natrural healing studies online
.
I am a non smoker,non drinker, who loves organic living,animals and nature.
While I can sometimes still enjoy the vibrancy of the city and what it has to offer I now prefer a life surrounded by nature and animals.
I am reliable, very clean and tidy, able to handle responsibility and trustworthy. I have a current police check.
I can be adaptable and mindful of your particular arrangements and routines and happy to implement them as you prefer..
I am able to look after your house,animals and garden with care and respect .
I have always had animals in my life and a keen interest in their care and well being and have been fortunate to have owned and cared for a number of rescue dogs and cats but am presently pet free.
It would be my pleasure to take care of your house and animals as if they were my own.
Violet was absolutely fabulous. We couldn't have asked better. Mitsy our aged cat was very well cared for, with regular updates whilst we were away. When we returned the house was cleaner than when we left, with fresh flowers and clean kitty litter :). Thank you Violet for a magnificent house sitting effort. We were lucky to find you!

Violet did an amazing job. I loved the daily updates and photos – she is a great communicator. We came home to a spotless house, lovely fresh flowers, and a very happy kitty cat. She went above and beyond. I’ve already locked in my second sit with her.
This was first time utilising a house sitter. It has been a very positive experience. Violet made us feel secure about the care of our animals, she knew exactly their routines and needs after one conversation. I highly recommend Violet.

Violet looked after our house very well, and we came back to a very clean house and even a gift! After a slow start with walking the dog, all seemed to go well and the chickens were also well looked after. Violet is a great communicator with regular updates.
Violet was the perfect housesitter. Our 2 cats & 2 dogs were very well looked after. Violet sent lovely photos to us of how happy & content they looked whilst we were away which was very thoughtful & kind. The house was immaculate when we returned and there was a nice card & chocolates to greet us on our return. Communication was good and we would love to have Violet housesit for us again. Recommendations of the highest order!
We found Violet to be the perfect House sitter in all regards.
She displayed good attention to detail from the clean and tidy state of our home on our return, to the regular updates and photos of our beloved fur baby.
She has a friendly and caring nature and it was easy to see she was a genuine animal lover from the moment we met.
We also found Violet easy to communicate with through out her stay.
Violet is truly an amazing house sitter, always answers my messages promptly, leaves our home beautiful and. Gives our babies lots of love. Violet is just the perfect house sitter, nothing is too much trouble! I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Violet initially came and viewed the property and met my dogs prior to commencing the sit. She arrived punctually with enough time to review what was required before I had to leave. She cared for the house, the indoor and out door plants effectively. I know my dogs were fond of her and she cared for them well. One of my dogs can be difficult but she had him in her hand. Can't recommend Violet enough. Our animals were well taken care of and the house looked like it had been cleaned top to toe. We'd have her anytime!
Violet was just the Best ever!! Nothing was too much trouble, the animals were happy and relaxed, the house was lovely and clean. Communication was exceptional, always prompt and usually with photos everyday. Violet was wonderful. She communicated well, took great care of the animals and left our home clean and tidy with fresh sheets on our bed. She even cleaned the chook house! Any time we need to go away we will be checking to see if she's available.
Violet did a terrific job of looking after our home and dogs while we were travelling. She communicated really well and was flexible when we had to adjust dates at short notice. We returned home to a clean and tidy house and some very happy dogs. We'd recommend her strongly to any prospective hosts.
