I understand what it takes to maintain a property as I have owned both houses and apartments. I work from home and am semi-retired so can usually be at home with pets if required.

My friends always comment how neat and clean my place is. I take pride in my home and will treat yours as if it is my own. I am a non-smoker. I don't have a pet but love animals and regularly look after a friend's beautiful Labradoodle named Linus.

I am a small business owner and have an interior design and customer service background, I am great at fixing problems and have renovated several properties so know what it takes to look after a home. I also love gardens (grew up on a farm) so some yard maintenance is fine.

With regard to pets, they will become part of my family and will respect any routines etc. you have in place to ensure the transition for them is seamless.

Friends, and previous people I have sat for, will testify regarding my trustworthiness and competency for housesitting. I hold a National Criminal History Check (NCC).
