Hi and thanks for clicking on me :-). I'm Sarah, a casual support worker / occasional online data entry worker and "mature"-aged uni student, based in both Bathurst NSW and Canberra ACT. I am presently seeking employment in the ACT, so that I may remain living in the area. I am a later-in-life career changer, having been a teacher for 17 years. I am now studying via distance ed. My "child" was a 17.5-year-old toy poodle named Rodger. We had many house-sitting adventures together, until I recently, had to let my little flooffer sidekick go over Rainbow Bridge (21/06/2023). But, the housesitting gigs must go on. Having done several long and short-term housesits, I am a pet-loving and responsible person who can be trusted to take the utmost care of your home, property and beloved pets. I generally will use your home (with the owners' approval) instead of payment OR at a minimal rate. However, this can be negotiated, if residing in your home is inappropriate. I have had a full range of experience in lawns/pools/garden maintenance, pet care (not just dogs!0 and walking and home care. I can provide Police Checks a Working With Children Check, and personal references on request. I look forward to taking care of your home and precious non-human family members.
