We are a retired UK couple who have been travelling for the last 4 years. We have been together since 1979 and married for 38 years so we know each other pretty well. I was brought up on a farm in Scotland so I’m comfortable around many types of animals. We have looked after a range of pets throughout our lives.
We have 2 sons, one in Melbourne who is studying and the other in Queenstown, New Zealand who has lived there for 8 years.so we love spending time in both Australia and New Zealand. We are very fit and active enjoying walking, running, hiking and cycling. Our current visa allows us to stay for 3 months at a time.
Thank you Margaret and Bob again for taking up housesitting duties for a few days, pets are well and happy, house is cleaner than before we left. A sincere couple who are also easygoing with arrangements. Cannot recommend more!

Margaret and Bob were brilliant house sitters, and we highly recommend them. They took excellent care of our home and pets, maintaining great communication throughout. Their flexibility with key arrangements and departure timing made our return hassle-free. We wouldn't hesitate to have them sit for us again in the future.
Amazing house sitters. Very good and accommodating with Olivia, kept the house extremely clean and looked after our garden. I didn’t have to worry about anything! I’d book them all year if I could.
Margaret and Bob were fantastic sitters - we were able to relax while we were away and feel comfortable that our cats were in great hands. Personable, organised and great communicators. They visited to meet us and the cats prior to the sit and we returned home to a clean and tidy house. We would recommend them as house sitters and would have them back again in a instant.
Margaret and Bob were wonderful in taking care of my house and looking after my greyhound Jenny. Jenny had recently had surgery before the house sit so needed some TLC, but Margaret and Bob were wonderful in looking after her, and keeping me updated about things. Would highly recommend!
Margaret and Rob made leaving on our holiday so easy. They were very friendly and organised and made such a big effort to come out and meet me before we agreed on the sit.
They communicated throughout our time away so that we knew everything was well looked after. We returned to a tidy home and happy garden. We would definitely reach out to them again to look after our little place for our next holiday.

It was such a lovely experience having Margaret and Bob housesit for us for a week.
They arrived prior to us leaving for the airport and were more than capable of taking on the task of looking after our dog and cat.
The house was immaculately cleaned when we arrived home which was just amazing, especially after a long day of travelling and delays! My washing was even folded 😊

We had Margaret house sit for us for 7 days to look after our little dog Sage . Margaret arrived the day before to get the run down on Sages routine . We all enjoyed a nice evening together .
Margaret was great with communication and photos , she looked after our house and it was lovely and clean on our return and Sage was a very happy little puppy girl .
We would definitely recommend Margaret for your house sit , and we would most certainly have margaret again .
