Tim & Calli

We are a calm, happy, respectful couple with a small eco footprint, who adore all animals and almost fully retired. We were also foster cat carers but now adopted. We have had pet/house sitting experience for years with very happy and appreciative home owners. Tim, is a retired handyman/coffee machine technician, 63 yrs of age. I'm Calli, 60 yrs old, and work casually on the phone as a Greek Interpreter. So I need mobile phone coverage.

We are flexible with our dates. Your pet would have loving company during the day other than us going sight seeing if your area is new.

We're non smokers, house proud who treat others and their property the way we want to be treated, for eg we're conscious of not being wasteful of utilities and we wont empty your fridge and pantry :).

We're fit and healthy, animal and nature lovers, very clean and reliable (see references). Your house and pet will be very well looked after and respected as we are grateful that you are entrusting us with a highly important and valuable part of your life! We are honest, quiet, and easy to get along with, mostly flexible with booking dates.

All our lives we've had pets-cats, dogs, birds, chooks-but not now. So we have experience with animals and can 'communicate' and connect with them well. We love to love a pet at a house sit, as we get pet clucky, while at the same time enjoying a break from our home in Nunawading. Love cuddles and walks.

We would also enjoy just a house sit if no pets and can do light gardening/lawn mowing and pool maintenance. Also, we only want to take on CLEAN and TIDY homes as we are clean ourselves.

We have police clearances and working with children checks due to our Bible volunteer work. We can also provide verbal referees upon request.

I've given all the relevant details I can think of but please don't hesitate to ask us anything that'll help both you and us in enjoying a good house sitting experience. Every home owner has their individual needs so let us know.

Could not have asked for more caring and considerate people who even took my sick cat to the vet several times. They went out of their way to assist. Lots of great communication throughout the six month stay and our home was well cared for.

"It been our very great pleasure to have Tim and Calli look after our home and dogs whilst we were away. They have done an incredible job. One of our dogs cannot walk (neurological problems) and everything involved caring for her is hard work. Her bedding needs frequent washing, as does the dog herself, she needs medication morning and evening, and both little dogs need lots of love, having come from abused backgrounds. They did everything and more than we asked of them! Tim addressed some of our home handyman issues-cupboard doors needing hinges repaired, gardening maintenance and more. I would happily recommend this lovely couple to anyone needing housesitters. They were fabulous!"

"What a delight !
We had Tim and Calli house sit for us for 3 nights .... and we're getting them back for a 4 week sit !
They looked after our 10 year old lab, who has a few phobias, without any problems at all.
Our home was well looked after and immaculate when we returned.
Calli sent me 'The Kya Chronicles" to keep me up to date with what they were doing and how our girl was enjoying their company.
We highly recommend Tim and Calli, they are a delightful couple, great communication and perfect sitters. "
